The Hills of Minneola will be one of the most significant developments in South Lake County. The 1,834 (+/-) acre master planned community will be occupying all four quadrants of the newest section of the Florida Turnpike interchange near Hancock Road.
Developers call it the lifestyle destination west of Orlando. The “Hills” will include a mix of offices, shopping, and residences.
It will not be too long before you notice changes in the area: a grocery store, fast food restaurants, thousands of residential units and a traffic light that will hopefully keep the increased traffic at bay.
