The City of Clermont announced that Curt Henschel will become the new Interim Development Services Director effective April 6. Henschel is a 15-year veteran of the department and has extensive planning experience. In addition to his usual responsibilities, Henschel is the city’s arborist and is certified with the FAA to operate a drone. He has helped capture the city’s progress at major projects through aerial photos and videos.
In addition to helping residents, business owners and developers, Henschel has also been involved in the city’s Master Plan projects, such as Victory Pointe.
