Members of The South Lake Chamber of Commerce recently officiated at a ribbon cutting to welcome AMD Care Management into the business community. AMD Care Management provides professional concierge service to seniors by helping them understand their choices in a complex healthcare environment. The managed care professional will help coordinate and monitor the total needs of the aging client.
Angie Dimura, the owner of AMD Care Management, began her career in healthcare in 2001, in the long-term care setting. She became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator then an Executive Director for Assisted Living communities. Combining her past experiences with her compassion for the senior community, she started her care management practice. I want to assist families with the different options available for seniors and tailor a plan to support their specific needs, says Angie.
