Visitors from across the pond took over the top two overall spots this weekend. Ciaran Lewis ran an 18:02 to finish in first place, and Jason Robbins came in for second with a time of 18:36. John Turner also dipped under 19 with an 18:56 to slide in for third place.
On the female side, Brianna Heirs finished as the first female, with a solid time of 21:49, her first first-place finish. Second place was another junior, Reagan Parks, with a time of 22:25. Coming in at 23:15, Alexis Hill rounded out the female podium.
Notable milestones this week include: Claire Allison, who ran her 50th parkrun, and Steve Boggus, who ran his 100th parkrun.
The Clermont Waterfront parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 7:30 am. It starts at Lake Hiawatha preserve, 450 12th St, Clermont. This is a free event open to people of all levels.
