Clermont’s Historic Village is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding with beautiful Lake Minneola and Victory Pointe as your backdrop.

The Village is open every Friday from 1 pm to 3 pm and every Saturday and Sunday (except on your wedding day!) from 1 pm to 4 pm for you to come by and see how beautiful our location really is.  Call the Village manager, Roxanne Brown, at 352-432-3496 to make arrangements to meet with her or one of our volunteers at another time.  You will be surprised at how reasonable our rates are.

The Historic Village is a unique partnership between the South Lake County Historical Society and the City of Clermont.  Together they work at providing the citizens of South Lake County and visitors to our community with the opportunity to see what life was like in Central Florida over 100 years ago.

The Village is home to two houses (the Townsend House can be seen above), Clermont’s original Cooper Memorial Library, an early 1900’s train depot, a World War II Quonset hut and two replica structures.  All of which can be used to create just the backdrop you are looking for to make your ceremony perfect.  So, come by the Village this weekend or call us at 352-432-3496 to start planning your special day.
