Pastfinders of South Lake County; Genealogical Society has designed a Special Interest Group to teach users of this program. FTM is a program that helps users keep their family tree organized on a computer desktop.
Family Tree Maker can link to the internet and give users hints from Ancestry or FamilySearch and then import documents and citations to the program. Program users can add pictures, find maps, and create charts and books. This class is designed to teach the nuances of navigating the program. Classes are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1-3pm in room 221 at Cooper Memorial Library in Clermont.
