Clermont Police have made an arrest of a suspect in a sexual battery and lewd/lascivious molestation case.
Clermont Police Investigators have arrested Jubal Odell Patrick Shoulders, male, 33 years of age, a Clermont resident. He was charged with (1) count of Sexual Battery and two (2) counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation, relating to an incident that occurred at a residence in Clermont.
After an extensive investigation and obtaining an arrest warrant for Shoulders, the Clermont Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit and the Road Patrol Division conducted a coordinated operation in order to take Shoulders into custody. Due to Shoulders violent past criminal history, a coordinated traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle in the parking lot of the East Lake Town Center. Mr. Shoulders, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was taken into custody without incident. He is currently being held at the Lake County Jail without bond.
