COVID-19 Testing

Beginning May 11, the COVID-19 testing locations operated by Adult Medicine of Lake County in Mount Dora and Leesburg will merge into one site at Lake County’s Fairgrounds located at:

2101 N. County Road 452, Eustis – testing will be available from 8 am to 4 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

Adult Medicine’s Clermont testing location will continue operations at the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center located at:

3700 S. Highway 27, Clermont – testing will be available from 8 am to 4 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The FDA-approved swab or antibody tests will be administered to the public for $85, which may be reimbursed through insurance. The subsidized rate of $20 for Lake County residents will discontinue today. The sites will be open to both residents and non-residents of Lake County.

“Lake County has appreciated the opportunity to form a partnership with Adult Medicine to offer expanded and discounted testing for our residents, which has been an invaluable service combined with testing conducted by AdventHealth, the Florida Department of Health and physicians and labs throughout the county,” said Lake County Commissioner Chairman Leslie Campione. “The data gathered is helping us to identify people needing treatment and isolation, as well as supporting the reopening of our local economy.”

In addition to testing performed by local physicians and labs, below are other available testing options for residents in Lake County:
