The Clermont Downtown Partnership continues to host exciting monthly Downtown Clermont food, entertainment and events each month. Many of the downtown shops and restaurants remain open late for each evening event. Hundreds of visitors regularly pack the streets with masks and safe social distancing for CDP events. There is always something delicious and fun for everyone!

March 5th First Friday Event: There were plenty of food trucks and vendors available with many of the Downtown Clermont stores open late that night. Some of the most popular food trucks this month were Rubios Baja Grill, Laughing Crab, Brazilian BBQ, Apps, Ritters Ice Cream, London Fish & Chippy, Oh My Dogs, El Cubanito, VooDoo, Cactus Azul, Jour d Crepes, Monsta Lobsta, Bowls for Tu, Up in Smoke and Churros & Cream. Popular Otis Velt & The Old School Band were there on West Montrose Street to provide exciting music from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. They were playing a selection of timeless music from decades past, channeling such groups as the Temptations, the O’Jays and the Jackson 5. Velt’s soulful sound kept the audience on its feet dancing throughout the night. The next DCP First Friday events are now planned for April 2, May 7 and June 4.
