Women of Beta Theta

The members of Beta Theta enjoyed a homemade breakfast social hosted at the home of Rosetta and Bob Shobe. During the breakfast, Beta Theta President Sandie Stacy announced that Bill Delaney was selected by the members as this year’s Zeus; an honor given to a man who goes beyond the call of duty throughout the year to assist the chapter. Bill has helped the women of Beta Theta for over 40 years and has been selected as its Zeus at least 5 times.

Keeping with the President’s Theme, DREAMERS, the first Educational Program was appropriately prepared and presented on Walt Disney, a dreamer who believed, “If you dream it, you can do it.”

Sandie invited Charlotte James to the meeting to demonstrate how to properly apply makeup.

SAVE THE DATE:  Beta Theta is planning its 16th Mardi Gras Celebration on February 19 at the Clermont Performing Arts Center.  It’s their signature FUNraising event to raise money for local high school scholarships, community services, and organizations focused on the needs of children.

Further information will be forthcoming.
