Clermont’s Red, White & Boom – It’s BackJuly 4
Red, White & Boom is from 7 pm – 10 pm, at Waterfront Park, 300 3rd St. Clermont.
“We’re happy to bring back this popular patriotic event for our Clermont community, especially after a one-year hiatus due to COVID-19,” Interim City Manager Susan Dauderis said.
The celebration kicks off at 7 pm at the Highlander Pavilion with opening remarks from Clermont Mayor Tim Murry, the National Anthem, a presentation by the City of Clermont Honor Guard and an invocation.
This free, family-friendly evening includes over 15 food trucks, vendors, a live DJ and an aerialist show. Classic Independence Day treats like hot dogs and ice cream will be available for purchase throughout the night, as well as beer and wine.
Watch a spectacular 18-minute fireworks display over Lake Minneola starting at 9:15 pm This year, there is a new additional viewing area at Victory Pointe, 938 Victory Way. Bring your own chairs or blankets to enjoy the show.

GROVELAND
GROVELAND’Celebrates July 3-4 The City of Groveland in Partnership with Kroger presents our big all-American celebration on Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 and Sunday, July 4th, 2021.
The City of Groveland is excited to continue its community wide Fourth of July celebration in signature Groveland style. This year, Groveland will host a two-day celebration on Saturday, July 3rd, and Sunday, July 4th, complete with a car show, live music, vendors and much more sponsored by Kroger Delivery in Groveland, Hanover Family Builders and the Law Office of Anita Geraci-Carver PA. “The Fourth of July has always marked an exciting time for children and families alike in the City of Groveland,” said Mayor Evelyn Wilson. “We look forward to a fun-filled holiday weekend!”
The first celebration will take place on Saturday, July 3rd, at Cherry Lake Park, located at 131 Wilson Lake Parkway, from 6:00 PM- 9:00 PM. The event will include a mobile DJ equipped with a free photo booth and a series of food trucks for guests to enjoy. The evening’s fireworks display is scheduled to begin at 9:00 PM and attendees are encouraged to bring their blankets and lawn chairs. Due to limited parking capacity and restrictions, parking is on a first come, first-serve basis. Surrounding neighborhood guests are highly encouraged to walk to this event.
On Sunday, July 4th, festivities will continue at the Lake David Park splash pad area, located at 450 South Lake Avenue, beginning at 4:00 PM with an afternoon car show, presented by South Lake Electric and DJ Blu Bloods. All car enthusiasts interested in showcasing their vehicle at this event are encouraged to register at www.djblubloods.com. Cherry Street will be lined with savory food and craft vendors, 40-foot inflatable obstacle courses for children, face painters, a free photo booth, video game trucks and much more. Live entertainment provided by Maiden Cane, will feature groovy rock tunes from the 70’s and 80’s, for all guest and small businesses in attendance to enjoy. The spectacular fireworks display is set to light the sky at 9:00 PM.
For those interested in the annual Miss Firecracker Pageant, the show will begin at 1:00 PM in the E.L. Puryear Building located at 243 South Lake Avenue. July 2: Minneola Freedom Fest: Celebrate Independence Day weekend at Trailhead Park, Minneola! Food, retail vendors, and activities for the kids. Fireworks display will end festivities!
