Sellstate Innovation Realty celebrated the grand opening of its Clermont office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce (SLCC). Clermont Mayor Tim Murry, SLCC President David Colby and Ambassadors, local dignitaries, friends, family and guests attended the celebration and open house tours.
Broker Sandy Simmonds was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. She notes, “Up until last year, we always vacationed here in Wildwood every year. Her husband Tom is from South Philly and their daughter was born in Central Florida. Tom is a licensed realtor with Sellstate. Their daughter is in her last year at UCF. She will soon graduate with a degree in Real Estate and will join the Sellstate team. “Simmonds adds, “I spent many of my childhood summers with my grandparents who lived in Tavares. I considered Central Florida our second home. I welcomed the opportunity to permanently move here.”
