“Bojangles”, a Charlotte, NC-based, fast food chicken chain, submitted plans for a 2,858 -square-foot location with a drive-thru at the corner of Hwy 50 and Plaza Collina Blvd. The restaurant will be part of the Plaza Collina Shopping Center in Clermont.
COSTCO – Dirt is being moved around and Costco Wholesale Warehouse is definitely coming to Clermont. It will be located on a 20-acre site located on State 50 north of Magnolia Pointe.

Aurelia Cole Academy Is Set To Open in Fall 2023!
The Aurelia Cole Academy, a school serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade on East Avenue and Clermont, is scheduled to open in Fall 2023, replacing Clermont Elementary and Clermont Middle schools. The school will offer a performing arts program and a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) curriculum.
