On Wednesday, May 9, City Healthcare, the primary care office of Dr. Aasma Riaz, was filled with patients, friends, and family to welcome Dr. Riaz to her new practice in Clermont. Members of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce officiated at the symbolic ribbon cutting ceremony to open the doors to her office.
Dr. Aasma Riaz has been practicing Internal medicine for over 14 years. She graduated from King Edward Medical College in 2003 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine from Rutgers-NJMS in Newark, NJ. She has worked in Middletown, NY and Spring Hill, FL before starting her practice in Clermont.
As a primary care provider, Dr. Riaz believes that it is important to know her patients, to understand their individual problems, and to provide the attention and time needed to give each patient one-on-one individualized care.
Her office is located at 1920 Don Wickham Rd. Suite 140., Clermont.
