Just Stop Tire Shop is sponsoring a First Responders Appreciation Day Across Lake County at the Mascotte Civic Center pavilion on February 19 from 12 – 3 pm. The Tedder/Thomas Civic Center is located at 121 North Sunset Avenue in Mascotte which is 1 block north of Highway 50 near City Hall.
The event will feature a free lunch for all First Responders. Roy Cruz, owner of Just Stop Tire Shop notes, “All first responders: police, military, dispatch, anybody involved as a first responder is invited to attend.”
The event will center around a barbecue wagon providing smoked chicken, lots of sides, and drinks. The pavilion has picnic tables, a playground, restrooms, and plenty of parking. Roy Cruz, a life-long citizen of Lake County, proudly stated, “I am really thankful that we have Fire and Police departments and the people who work with them. Everyone needs to show them some appreciation.”
Just Stop Tire Shop is located at 12 West Myers (Highway 50) in Mascotte.
