The Minneola City Council decided to table voting on resolutions that, if passed, would pave the way for the property, located at U.S. Hwy. 27 and West Washington Street in Minneola, to become the site of RaceTrac, a convenience store and gas station.
After a lengthy discussion by council members and a lot of significant input from concerned residents, the four council members attending the February 6 meeting withheld a decision until all members were present.
Race Trac’s request is on the Tuesday, February 20th agenda. The meeting begins at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at Minneola City Hall.
